Almaty Powder Coating Factory has upgraded their powder coating lines in collaboration with MASS IF in 2021.
We supplied a metal powder coating booth, a powder coating conveyor FreeType, a powder coating curing oven Box type, accompanying machines, guns and the STRONG3000 control system.
It took us 60 days to complete the project. We developed the line design in accordance with the customer’s requirements, produced the equipment, delivered it to the Almata Powder Coating Factory, installed and configured it.
Not only do the new pieces of equipment allow for faster and higher quality powder coating results, but they also ensure long-term reliability while maintaining utmost production safety.
