The design department of MASS IF has developed a powder coating line for a customer (NDA). The line is equipped with a curing oven (box type, double door), axial conveyor for oven (double), manual powder coating booth, axial conveyor for booth and powder coating paint system.
The MASS IF design department designed a powder coating booth for a new customer (NDA). We have prepared two variants of cabins.
The first variant is an automatic powder coating booth. Its width is 5732 mm, total height is 3430 mm. The cabin is equipped with two powder coating robots, Cyclone chamber with filter unit. The automatic powder coating booth allows to fully automate the process of powder coating of workpieces.
The second option is a manual powder coating booth. It is smaller and has three filters. It is recommended to apply powder paint in this booth using a painting machine.
