Powder Dot Equipment supplies complete powder coating lines. We will produce any configuration of the powder coating line to solve the customer’s business tasks. We deliver equipment to the customer’s site and perform the installation and configuration. We also help our customers out if anything goes wrong during its warranty period and supply new replacement parts after the end of the warranty period.

How We Work with Customers
Step 1. Request

Step 2. Project Requirements
We will send you a questionnaire.
Fill out the questionnaire. Provide us with the required parameters and equipment specifications.
Submit your project requirements to us.
Step 3. Technical & Commercial Proposal
Our engineers will develop a Technical & Commercial proposal within 2-3 days, depending on the complexity of the project. It’s absolutely free.
Step 4. Contract
We sign a contract with the client. We agree on terms and responsibilities: production and delivery, price, installation of equipment.
Step 5. Production
The production period is 45 – 90 days, depending on the complexity of the project. We start production after 60% advance payment.
Step 6. Delivery
The customer pays 40% of the payment before the shipment. We deliver the equipment to the customer’s facility.
Step 7. Installation and education
We carry out free installation, test run of equipment and training of customer’s employees.
Step 8. Warranty
Equipment (except for electrical motors, worn out and corroded parts) has a 1-year warranty against defective products and materials.
Step 9. Service
We provide service after the warranty period. We supply components for lines and carry out repairs for an extra price.
