Description
In powder coating booths with cartridge recovery systems, the suction fan draws the powder particles from the air and the cartridge filters capture them. Low investment costs are one of the main advantages of these booths.
Dust particles are not crumbled in this system, and the quality of the paint in re-use is not reduced. Electronic card automatically cleans the cartridge recovery systems. The panel also has manual cartridge cleaning buttons. The most suitable paint application to the grounded part is provided by directing the dust particles horizontally with the intake air.
Powder collection depot with sieve is located in the lower part of the cabin. The injector transfers the paints scattered on a sieve to the gun and thus the paint is recycled.
