- Automatic Control Panel of all painting line.
- It is possible to control and monitor all the processes being applied via using the display.
- The powder release is prevented by the highly sensitive pressure sensor in case if the air pressure unexpectedly drops.
- Part Recognition Systems.
- The objects smaller than 5 mm can be sensed by the infrared light barriers and their edge sensing precision is 2,5 mm.
- The system consists of two barriers – the one is sending the beam and another is sensing it.
- The basic installation parameters can be done without the need of a controller or a PC.
- PLC groups can be easily communicated with by it due to the interface that is easily adaptable.
- There are two modbus communication protocols within the field barrier control – RS232 and RS485.
