Description
In this type of coating booths, the particles that do not attach on to parts are separated by cyclone unit and are sent back to booth for re-use.
Three parts comprise monocyclone powder coating booth. To be more precise, these are, paint application booth, mono cyclone unit, and filter fan cell. Booth and cyclone unit will be made of galvanized sheet. Necessary lighting comprise the equipment of the paint application booth. Mono cyclone unit works as coupled to the paint booth and powder paint that does not stick on the workpiece is separated from the air and preserved. Particles of the powder paint that cannot be used as recycling paint by means of size, are retained in the third section of the filter ventilator and the paint delayed in the air is detached from the air. If the color changes, it is enough just to clean the cabin and cyclones without a filter change.
