Constant increase and decrease of the glaze amount creates problems that should be prevented by stabilization of the quantity in the storage. The transfer is eased by the vibration motor with high efficiency.
In order to solve this problem, we have implemented design that allows for a homogenous mixing and automatic feed to powder paint tank without clumping. The high efficiency vibration engine of fresh powder paint and recyclable paint made this possible to come true. There is its own pump in the barrel feeding device. It consists of powder paint that is capable of exceeding long distances and heights. The barrel type feeding device is also called drum feeding in the sector.
