Description
The system is a conveyorised one, i.e. the system with axial palette overhead conveyor that works in a step-by-step manner. These ovens are operated as follows:
1. Workpieces coated with powder are loaded manually to the conveyor at the loading station.
2. Then they are moved as one batch into the oven and the curing process starts.
3. Meanwhile, loading station is being emptied and loading operation continues.
This type of systems is a good fit mostly for step-by-step continuous powder coating systems combined with a powder coating booth at the same line. In this system workpiece sizes are big and weight is heavy.
Our systems can be produced in different size options in order to satisfy any customer’s requirements and desire. However, it is made for extra price.
