For the best paint adhesion on the material, it is required to perform surface cleaning of the used materials by spray lines before applying powder coating. Our system of powder coating spray lines uses the following principle: the material that is going to be cleaned is supposed to be automatically washed and rinsed with chemical or water. This process is completed without any human assistance. Paint spray lines are used due to several reasons:

1. They are needed in order to fully get rid of all layers of dirt, oil, dust. This prevents the sticking of the paint through the material that will be painted
2. They create a film that covers the surface of application.

Paint spray lines provide the condition for the powder coating sticking on the surface in the best way possible. One of the advantages of spray lines is that they work more efficiently and faster comparing to the immersion type surface cleaning facilities. The reason for that is the principle of their operation.
